Description
Introduction 
 
Refractory cement, also known as refractory cement, is developed and produced exclusively by our factory. It has good workability, plasticity and water retention. Its main characteristics are high bonding strength, erosion resistance, chemical erosion resistance, abrasion resistance, easy construction and long shelf life. The bonding strength at low temperature is higher than that of other types of mud; chemical bonding is the main method at medium temperature; the modified glue breaks through the interface of refractory bricks and enters into the opening space of bricks, and uses ultrafine powder to increase the structural compactness and increase the strength at medium temperature; at high temperature, the early liquid phase of kiln lining appears, which widens the sintering temperature, and various chemical reactions in the base material form needle-like mullite, forming macromolecular structure. With the ring tetrahedral framework, ceramic sintering is produced, which greatly improves the high temperature wear resistance, shock resistance, impact resistance and spalling resistance of kiln lining.
 
There is no strength trough in the temperature range from room temperature to 1300C. At the same time, the expansion agent added in the process of high temperature produces permanent expansion to compensate for the shrinkage of brick cracks caused by the evaporation of glue, so that the kiln lining can not crack and collapse, brick breakage and brick drop, and the linear change rate is very small. Finally, the brick masonry similar to the integral prefabricated structure is formed to prevent air leakage and fire, effectively prevent the air and hot air from intruding into the masonry, and prevent the erosion of slag and molten metal to the wall joints. Improve the overall strength and masonry stability. It can make full use of fuel, save energy and protect the environment.

Store up
 

Keep in a dry and cool room. Keep in a suitable environment to prolong life.
 
When unused materials are dismantled, the bags should be tightened and placed in the warehouse to avoid the influence of impurities on the performance.

Refractories should be kept moistureproof and no direct contact with rainwater is allowed. If the material is accidentally wetted, it should be discarded and not used.
 

Refractories should be kept in a cool and dry indoor environment to avoid prolonged exposure to the sun.
 

Operating means
 

1) At room temperature 350 degrees, it is most likely to cause local bursting. Special attention should be paid to slow baking. If there is still a lot of steam coming out after 350 degree heat preservation, the heating rate should be slowed down.
 

2) Under the condition of poor ventilation and difficult discharge of water and gas, the holding time should be prolonged appropriately.

 

3) When baking with heavy oil, heavy oil should be strictly prevented from being sprayed on the surface of furnace lining to prevent local explosion.

 

4) When baking with firewood, direct contact with the flame often causes excessive local heating, which should be protected.

 

5) The newly poured refractory cement can not be baked until at least 3 days.

 

6) The cooling of refractory cement lining should also be slow to avoid forced ventilation.
 

Technical requirement
 

1. Fineness: The finer the cement particles, the larger the specific surface area, the faster the hydration reaction, the more sufficient the early and late strength are higher. The state stipulates that the specific surface area should be greater than 300 square meters/kg, otherwise it will be unqualified.

 

2. Setting time: In order to ensure sufficient time to complete mixing, transportation, forming and other processes during construction, the initial setting time of cement should not be too short; after construction, it is hoped that cement will harden as soon as possible to produce strength, so the final setting time should not be too long. The initial setting time of Portland cement shall not be earlier than 45 minutes and the final setting time shall not be later than 390 minutes.

 

3. Volume stability: The uniformity of volume change of cement paste during setting and hardening is called volume stability of cement. If the volume change is not uniform, that is, the volume stability is not good, it is easy to warp and crack, reduce the quality of the project and even cause accidents.
