Introduction


The product is made of corundum and mullite as the main raw materials, with ultrafine powder, conforming binder and additives. It has the characteristics of strong wear resistance and good thermal shock resistance. Corundum-mullite refractory castables with high strength and wear resistance, suitable for lining of large CFB boilers and other high temperature kilns, are amorphous refractories with high strength at medium temperature, good thermal shock resistance and erosion resistance. According to the weight percentage, it is composed of 89-96% wet mud, 2-6% calcium aluminate cement and 2-5% binder. The binder is composed of 20-30% industrial aluminium hydroxide powder, 67-79% phosphoric acid with 45% concentration and 1-3% chromium oxide green powder. The wet mud is made of corundum with certain particle size, or the mixture of corundum and mullite as aggregate by adding binder and chromium oxide green powder. The additive is made up of 60-76% white corundum powder, 15-25% activated alumina powder, 5-15% silicon powder, 3-8% sodium tripolyphosphate and 1-8% sodium borate. It is an ideal refractory casting material mainly used for lining of circulating fluidized bed boiler and cement kiln.
