Introduction
 
Ceramic fiber blanket is a new white, fire-resistant and heat-insulating material. It has no adhesives, good tensile strength, and can maintain toughness and intrinsic fiber structure under normal and oxidized conditions.
 
QJX fiber blanket product series is a lightweight, high thermal efficiency ceramic fiber insulation material, which can ensure dimensional stability at high temperature, while fully resistant to thermal shock. This product series has a wide range of heat resistance and physical properties, and can provide a long-standing and effective solution for a variety of thermal processing applications.
 
QJXD-07 ceramic fiber products are high-strength needle-punched adiabatic fiber blankets, which are made by double-sided needling of QJX silk-throwing ceramic fiber. Super-long silk-throwing fibers are cross-linked by a unique two-sided needling process. The fibre blankets produced have excellent tensile strength. The product series is made of inorganic materials and offers a variety of products with temperature, density and size specifications.

 
QJX fiber blanket products have excellent chemical stability and are not affected by most chemicals (except hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid and concentrated alkali). Even if it is wetted by water or steam, its heat resistance and physical properties will not change after drying.
